Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds

Refunds are processed in case of:
Order cancellation before shipment
Product unavailability
Verified damage during transit
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, opened or used medicines cannot be returned.
